I didn't know the difference between quartz and granite, but that all changed once I walked in the door. They were great about helping me choose the right one, and they didn't try to push me into what they wanted.

Tower industries was subcontracted to do the countertops in my kitchen remodel within three years the countertops broke at the seams and the edging started to come off . I tried to contact the contractor who did my kitchen remodel but he had moved out of town and tower said they had no information about me. 10 years later I ran into the contractor and he told me who to talk at Tower. The warranty guy told me I probably put hot pans on the countertop ,which I never did ,had cause the cracks . After several phone calls they agreed to send a guy out to look at the countertops he told me the countertops were installed improperly there was a shim missing to hold them up. I called the warranty guy after that and he told me hot pans had caused the crack . I reminded him what the service guy had told me about the shim then he said I had taken the shim out and I would have to pay for the repairs.

We toured their facility and found a granite slab that would have worked well in our new home. We gave them our information, salesperson said he would take care of the rest. My wife was contacted the next day and was told that the slab was sold out from under us and that we would have to pick something else. I did. I picked a new place to find my countertops. They may be a good company, but they lost my business. If you tell me that you'll take care of it, then follow through. I don't have time for incompetence or bait and switch tactics.

We had Tower Industries install new Quartz kitchen counter tops at our Canal Fulton home. When the job was done the installers handed me a form pointing out that the seams would show and the pattern would be inconsistent....both were true... but not what the salesman promised. One of the overhangs was also less than the others and is noticeable. When they drove out the trailer wheel on the right side went into the ditch....lucky they didn't bust the driveway.

Tower Industries is a local supplier and manufacturer of granite and solid surface counter tops here in Massillon, Ohio. We often refer our customers that have purchased cabinetry from Building 9 to Tower Ind. for solid surface counter tops and the feedback we have received has been very good. We also had Tower Ind. make some display tops for our store showroom that turned out really nice.

They installed quartz countertops in my kitchen. The selection was top of the line. The designer came out and helped me work out some problems in the layout. The guy that measured was dead on exact. The house was built in 1966 so he had to contend with settling. They did a seamless job of splicing. It's beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
