Cabinet Empire

BUYER BEWARE!! Benjamin and his employees are dishonest, charge for very poorly made cabinets and do not communicate well with customers who pay in full upfront. From broken doors being installed, wrong doors being installed, cracks in wood being brought to the owners attention (installers were going to hope we wouldn’t notice♀️), countertops needing to be removed so said crack could be repaired, countertop cracked during removal, we were left with no water for over a week until we called the owner once again (it took a very disgruntled customers text to him on a Saturday for him to respond). Finally got said countertop reinstalled and during the installation a bolt to our very expensive sink faucet was misplaced. Owner could not have cared less. Another week with no water. Drawers were not installed correctly so they come off the track and shake when opening and shutting, the expensive gold hardware they sold us is already chipping. One side of a cabinet has cracked…and the list goes on. This is only for the kitchen. We bought cabinets and countertops for two bathrooms as well. We are missing the hardware for one bathroom and no one will return a call. It’s been paid for since June! Unfortunately, we are still in the process of getting this sorted out and we started the process in June…June!! What kind of warranty does this place have?? Would you let them continue to come in your home and make “repairs” when it seems things are worse when they leave?? We are so ready to wash our hands of this company! Please don’t make the same mistake as us! Go elsewhere for your home renovation!
