If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a refrigerator in 2018 with this company. Every 6-10 months since I purchased this appliance I have had to have the condenser fixed. In fact it broke within 30 days of purchase. Now my "extended warranty" is up they refuse to fix it, even though my last condenser replacement was 45 days ago- seriously? They have refused to refund me or give me credit toward a different refrigerator. Do not use this pro. They carry defective appliances. Update- They are sending a repair person to once again fix my fridge. They still will not credit me toward a new appliance. I am afraid that since my warranty is up, when this new repair fails, as it likely will since previous repairs have failed, I will once again be facing a fight with this company to fix my fridge. I will not purchase from them again and I encourage you not to purchase from them.

Matt from Midway was exceptional. I was impressed that he could handle my emotional ups and downs during the remodeling of my kitchen! I was like a basket case and Matt made it all good! Their contractors they use, some ok, sone exceptional. But in the end it's great to know they stand behind any subcontractors work.
