"Norma, from Norma Powell Designs recently completed the installation of top and bottom cabinets in our Smart Room. She and her team did an excellent job, from start to finish. Norma's skillful, experienced, and perceptive personality was the driving force behind the planning, designs, and exxecution of the project. She consistently and persistently followed up to each mail and text communication from me, almost instantly. The original plans for the smart room kept morphing from one day to another, but Norma stayed on top of each and every changed discussed; and often added additional focus angles and visual interpretation. There were literally dozens of emails that went back and forth in the design refinement. Norma stayed on top of each and everyone of these emails. If you have an idea for a project, in any room of the house, but you are not sure where to start and how to get the planning going, Norma is the person to hire. Do not hire this person. She used to work with a company that was able to deliver a good product. Now her son is doing the wood work and the craftsmanship is awful. Poor response, poor customer service, all promises and no delivery. Do yourself a favor look somewhere else. You’ll save money and avoid plenty of headaches.

Norman was a pleasure to work with. I hired Norma and her team to build a custom closet for my wife as a surprise.
