P & D Kitchens and Baths

Stay Away! We did a complete home renovation in 2017/2018, P&D was responsible for supplying cabinetry and countertops for all bathrooms and the kitchen. Approximately after 3 months after completion, the adhesive substance they used on the cabinets started to fail. Resulting in the face material to peel away , giving our modern kitchen an unbelievably ugly look. We did not cheap out on materials or contractors. We believe in paying for quality and thought we would receive this from P&D. When we contacted P&D, their resolve was to tear apart our kitchen and send the defective pieces back for rework (at our cost). They said they could not come to site because they did not do the install. This is absurd as this is clearly a manufacturing defect, not an installation issue (they confirmed this by email). Regardless they will not come to our site to fix as it is their policy. What could have been a simple fix on site resulted in a disappointed customer. My experience with P&D customer support has been infuriating. My contractor was shocked of their response and handling of the situation. Save your money, time and sanity, go somewhere else for your needs.
