A few days later he submitted to me the most beautiful kitchen design and just what I wanted. The design he sent to me was not an architectural sketch, but instead a color artistic rendering of my new kitchen. During the entire process Vlad kept in touch with me, answered all my questions, made sure he had everything designed just like I wanted it, and treated me like I was his most important client. When the very few little problems arose, Vlad would tell me (not to worry) he would take care of it, and he promptly did so. My kitchen turned out perfect!
