He takes insanely detailed notes and super precise measurements (the old adage, "measure twice, cut once"). What a joy it was to have the pieces arrive gorgeously sprayed in our custom colors (so we never had to vacate a fumy home)...not a brushmark on 'em. I love having the same person accountable for the entire project. The only downside at all was how painfully expensive it was. But I can certainly say we got what we paid for.
