“I own a design/ build remodeling company in Boulder, CO and have worked with McDonald Carpet One for several years on multiple projects. They have consistently been a pleasure to work with, and the carpet company that I always go to for my own projects and whom I suggest when asked for a flooring company recommendation. The process usually begins with onsite measurements that are kept on file at their office. Then the client can visit the showroom and make choices and immediately know how each choice will affect the price. They have a huge showroom and are constantly upgrading their product lines to keep up with the latest in flooring technologies. The owner Bob McDonald has been in the flooring business for many years and is very knowledgeable and thorough. He listens carefully and is a great help in the process of quickly narrowing down all of the choices for a particular project. Highly recommended.”

“I chose to hire Denver Dustless to refinish my current wood floors. We also had them install wood to make our entire first floor wood. It took a few days to get a call back for a quote, but then we had a representative come very soon after to give a quote and make some recommendations. They have the standard size wood already in Colorado, so the wood is ready to be installed immediately, no need to wait for it cure after contracting for the wood installation. I liked their availability and price. They were very quick with the job completion. I am pleased with the final product. After having the wood installed we have carpet replaced. The carpet layers scratched the wood floor. Denver dustless made sure that I was satisfied with the repair. The first attempt at repair didn't work and they made sure I was completely satisfied by sending out another crew and getting it done to my liking. I liked being able to talk to their office staff anytime I needed something. I didn't have to wait for an individual contractor to call me back at the end of his day. I really appreciated the customer service. They were always very prompt.”
