We purchased an engineered wood floor by neuvelle through them, Mike delivered it, and scheduled the install for the following week. Anyways to make a long story shorter, from the first phone call, through the finishing of the installation, I found Mr. Dixon to be really down to earth, informative, professional, and seemed like he had our best interests in mind.
