Roberts team did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about their products and helped us pick out the perfect laminate for our house. His team completed the work very fast and worked around our schedule. thanks robert! :)

Installed wood flooring in 3 rooms and stairwell. Job took 2 and half days and we are extremely pleased of new look in house. Our salesman was excellent and very professional, as were the installers. I.ve recommended 2 people as well and we are getting prepared to do phase 2 of our flooring project.

We had an excellent experience thanks to Robert Wooten, the store manager of Monster Flooring Sale in Plano. We got a screaming deal thanks to a close out. Robert came to our home personally to measure the two rooms in which we changed out ragged old carpeting for wood floors. The delivery and timing was as promised. As for installation (including demolition/prep work, carpet removal, trim & baseboard, quarter rounds & moldings) the crew included three guys: Lupe, Polo and Jorge. They were professional, on-time, and did a great job. We have been very happy with our new floors. I highly recommend Robert. Now we wish we had done our upstairs as well. When we do our upstairs (hopefully next summer) we're calling Robert as well as requesting Lupe, Polo and Jorge for installation. We were lucky to have stumbled into the Monster Flooring store in Plano. We had already visited Floor & Décor, Lowe's, Home Depot, and a couple of other flooring companies in Plano & Richardson (I cannot remember the names of the other stores). Monster Flooring by far had the better pricing and we were lucky that there was a close-out on exactly what we wanted for our living room and bedroom. These guys did wonderful work. I stumbled across their store in Plano while shopping around for laminate flooring. Their install team was very professional and polite. The salesman at the store did what he said he would do and followed up and followed through. This wasn't a huge project but it was completed in 2 days like they said it would be. I appreciate their service and would recommend them to anyone.
