It has been more than a year since Nemeth Family Interiors installed a new laminate floor in our home. We couldn't be happier! The materials are still just as beautiful as the day they were installed. And that installation was awesome. Everything was done by a highly experienced crew in a single day, with perfect fit everywhere including a clever floating effect around the fireplace by a careful undercutting around the brick, and installation of new floor moldings. Dave Nemeth in particular was very easy to work with, and helped get the molding materials delivered early so they could be painted to match the walls before they went in. A+++++

We love our new floors, and wish we had not waited so long to have it done! Parts of our 90+ yr-old house had a wood foundation, and the amount of work required to remove the icky old carpet and padding, and layers of heavy tile, grout, and concrete reinforced with diamond wire was even greater than we expected. Dave's crew (lead by "Abel", a 20+ yr employee) only took 1 day off in the 10 days this entire project required. When the demo was finally done and the new joists and subfloor were in place, the actual installation of 1100 sf of floating LVT required only 2 days. The work is excellent, and the value received for the price paid was honest and fair. We haven't put everything back in place because now we're doing a kitchen remodel and then will be painting walls before new baseboards can be installed . . . but when that is done I will post more pics of the floors. Huge thanks to Dave and everyone at Nemeth Family Interiors for giving us a great start on a much needed whole new look to our old house. (Project price on the very low end of that range!)

Rick was very precise in laying the vinyl flooring in the 2 bathrooms. Excellent work in all areas and he left the area very clean.

He brought to our company a carpet sample that suited us perfectly. Service was timely and well-done. The cost was reasonable.

Dave and his team laid nearly 2500 ft of wood floors, tiled two bathroom floors, and carpeted a circular stairway for us in a 2-story Spanish style home. They did the first level, stairs and bathrooms one February, and did such a good job we had them do the second level the next year. The floors had lots of cutouts, curves, and detailed edges. Nemith Family did such a beautiful job that we received many compliments on the skilled craftsmanship. The crews arrived on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up their work site well, and were pleasant and completely professional from beginning to end. The products they used were environmentally friendly. Dave helped me find the best product for the look we wanted that also fit into our budget. We never felt pressured to spend more than we wanted. When we sold our home recently, the high quality of the wood floors was mentioned by agents and buyers alike and was a good selling point.
