“I called John Pannell at CertaPro in Andover to do a small job, painting several pipes and electrical boxes on our house prior to a soon-to-be done complete vinyl siding job to be done. Even though it was a small job, John provided a painter to do the job and quickly (which I needed). After the job was done, I realized one pipe running the whole height of the house was not painted on the underside. John immediately got the painter to return a few days later so it could be done before the siding crew arrived. All through the process, John replied quickly and followed up to be sure we were happy. If he responded this way in a small job, my husband and I would absolutely contact him for any future big painting jobs. “Promark did an excellent job! The house looks great and everyone that comes to see it can't believe how much better it looks. Tom and Mike are very professional and they have excellent workers who were punctual and cleaned everyday after they were finished. This job was tough because of the skimming and sanding work that needed to be done (trim was stained not painted so a lot of sanding and prep work needed to be done). As I live out of town, we communicated on a regular basis and Tom and Mike were very honest in their assessment of the time the project would take and they met that timeline! After I got back in town, they came out and we went over the work and they touched up any and all items that I asked for. Great company and highly recommend them.”
