He gave sage advice about the details of the design and then, after visiting and making detailed measurements, created a much more sensible plan than we ever would have come up with by ourselves. Just a few days after we okayed the design, his installer, Jesse, arrived and put everything up in very little time for a reasonable sum of money. The bookshelves are handsome and take up very little space in my study, which is a small room in a Manhattan apartment. In the next month or two, we'll probably have him back to create a new design for bookshelves elsewhere in the apartment.
