“I originally met Erin a little over a year ago, she was new to Wichita and after visiting with her I felt she brought some new ideas to Wichita where Traditional finishes were prevalent. I engaged her on my first Spec and Model Homes in a new Development in Bel Aire, KS called Iron Gate. With me being color blind I have a good idea of the products/styling or look I want, but I need all the help I can get when it comes to color selections and what goes together. After a brief walk-thru of the plans and vision of what my thoughts were for the projects, I was pleasantly surprised at her selections and organization to bring everything full circle, I would recommend Erin for anyone wanting to take the stress out of finish selections for a New Home or Remodel, she was a tremendous asset to our team to make the end results a complete success. We had a few deadlines that were tight and she jumped through hoops to make it work or find an alternate selection when the furniture vendor failed on a delivery and we were facing a Spring Parade of Homes deadline, we ended up meeting the deadline with terrific results. I also had Erin make furniture and staging selections for the model as well as helping to place and stage the house for the Spring 2015 Parade of Homes with room to spare allowing all of those final touches. The Parade was a great success and I've had a number of customers, real estate agents or other interior design professionals commenting how much they loved the furniture, the selections, the colors ever since! “I gave them four stars because while most of the guys are good at what they do, I did have a bad experience when one of the guys. I really like Mike and he always gives suggestion that I can do to improve or maintain the work. I did have one guy install a window and he used a piece of wood with a huge knot hole in it. I still haven't been able to replace the piece so every time I see it, I get annoyed. With that said, I would recommend them regardless of my one bad experience. They also have an informative newsletter they send out each month full of hints and tips.”
