Lauren assured us that the job wasn't finished until we were completely satisfied. She came to our house personally, then found more carpet from the same dye lot and had a major portion pulled up and redone in a different orientation which made the seam invisible. We are very happy with the carpet, and we are extremely impressed with their customer service.”
