CHPT construction build my house in only 7 months! They are very professional, serious, honest and excellent quality. They finished the house in the budged we agree and there were no extras or surprises. CHPT has a great team. Javier Zavala coordinated everthing and supervised the construction everyday until everithing works out and even after I moved into the house. The team has the most talented interior designer and she work with me on some new ideas I had for the house with amasing results. I recomend them

I've hired CHPT for at least three major remodels in my home. My home was built in 2004 and after 10 years we decided to list it without much improvements done to the house. Realizing that the market was not in our favor and after listening to potential buyers' critiques and opinions on our home we chose to invest into remodeling and enjoy the home for a couple more years. The decision to hire CHPT was because they were referred to us by a neighbor and friend. After a quick consult with Tim, he directed and coordinated with Michael to supervise the whole project. The initial design was discussed with Anna. She created renderings that fit all my ideas, making sure the functionality fit my cooking and storage needs. The first remodel involved a major demo of our kitchen and family room. We added real solid 10x12 inch beams across the ceiling, complete removal and replacement of kitchen island to make it look like the main focal point piece of furniture with 3 inch edge beautiful granite slab, copper sinks, adding a wet bar, wood floors throughout kitchen, family room, and formal dining, replaced medallions and transitional pieces to unite my marble and wood flooring. We added a large distressed wood mantle, stone fireplace and hearth while restaining the entire wall unit to incorporate the new colors. I was so pleased with the work it was like an addiction each year with a new project. This time we opened and removed walls converting a master closet into a loft space, and turning a retreat into a master closet complete with a vanity, new lighting, storage hampers, shoe racks, and large bench seating. The following year and being a repeat client I turned to CHPT to revamp my master bath. Demolished my existing tile flooring, retiled shower, overhead heat lamp to keep warm after a shower, replaced bath tub with claw foot tub, added new handheld shower fixtures, replaced countertops, installed new chandeliers, and my favorite of all was the new toto washler bidet automated toilet with sensors and warm seat complete with remote! The experience has been pleasant and as easy as construction in the house could be. We're so happy to enjoy our home for as long as we did! They've met every deadline I've given them. I appreciated them being receptive to any concerns and their quickness to alleviate any modifications. The improvements have definitely impacted the quick sale of my home in 2017. Javier and Cecilla are a true pleasure to work with. Their combination of vision and and expertise helped to build the remodel of our house exactly how we envisioned it plus many other things that we never thought about. Everything worked into the design perfectly. We have recommended them to our friends and family and have completed several projects with them as well. And each time, end then up really well. It's really hard to find a contractor that's passionate about the work and is really willing to ensure you are happy with the results. We talked to several different contractors before we selected CHPT and are really glad we did.

CHPT construction work is the best quality available at very affordable prices compare to other proposals we received. They have an interior designer that works together with the contractor to provide beautiful functional designs ( the interior design was given at no additional cost “big plus” for us). They finish the remodel on time and they honor original budget. Our condos has been evaluated $250K more after remodel. It was a pleasure working with CHPT!
