DRB Associates specializes in providing project management and construction management consulting services to property owners and developers for their construction projects. As Owners Representative/Project Manager, we get actively involved in managing the design process as well as providing construction oversight. We provide an array of professional consulting services ranging from site selection and pre-design planning through design management, entitlement/permit processing and construction management. DRB Associates has been headquartered in San Francisco for 20 years. We have also maintained an office in Manhattan Beach for over 10 years to serve our long term LA-based clients and recently opened an office in Boston to serve Northeast-based clients. We are a collaborative group of professionals with significant experience and technical expertise in feasibility-phase, design-phase and construction-phase management consulting services.
