FDC Design Build

FDC Design Build was founded in 2009 by two brothers, Henry and Morgan Fleischmann, whose childhoods were spent building and creating. Henry, a licensed landscape architect, and Morgan, a licensed contractor, collaborate closely on all projects to ensure a smooth process from project conception to the final walk-through. The firm includes six supporting staff, who bring a diverse skill set related to sustainable design and construction. FDC Design Build believes that sustainability and beauty work hand in hand, and that a project is successful when it integrates beauty, function, quality, environmental sensitivity and responsiveness, and attention to budget. Our projects include remodels and additions, and landscapes. Throughout all of FDC Design Build’s projects, whether a building or landscape, the emphasis is on orienting the space towards the outside; creating spaces that both “fit into the landscape” and make the landscape the center of attention. As a design and build firm, we can make sure that design concepts are built as envisioned and that budgets are met, ensuring consistent communication throughout the process.
