Bay Mechanical Inc.

Don't waste your time with this company. He is a horrible contractor. Instead of replacing flooring under toilet, he put 3/4' plywood and hydraulic cemented the floor in his own home and wanted us to repair flange and put back. I do not recommend this contractor...if he does this kind of work in his own home he will do it in your home. Horrible experience.

Mike, I'm sorry that you didn't get the job, but the plumber who we did use, did an excellent job and everything is doing fine. BTW, the "3/4" plywood" was actually 7/16 OSB and was a temporary dam until the cement set up. The next time you criticize, it may help if you know at least a little about the subject. I've been a licensed contractor for 38 years and have never had a bad review until yours.
