Founded in January, 1992 by its president and owner, Mr. Milton R. Haskins, Jr., HDDS Inc. is a minority owned, multi-discipline design and consulting firm that can manage your project from the initial design phase through to the construction and completion of the project. HDDS provides cutting edge design. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the finished product conveys their desired message. By combining excellent design skills with the latest in technology and 3-D modeling, we have what it takes to provide effective design solutions. HDDS provides Existing Facility Conditions Documentation (EFCD) services utilizing Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Standards. BOMA Standards has been the only accepted and approved floor measurement methodology for office, retail and industrial buildings approved by the American National Standards Institute. In recent years, HDDS has added Construction Management and Construction Administration services to our portfolio. Our personnel assume a proactive stance to anticipate potential problems and assist in developing solutions before it adversely or negatively affects the project. HDDS is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm under the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. All construction personnel has been trained in lead-safe work practices by an accredited EPA program. HDDS also has the ability to provide LEED Planning and OSHA Safety Services for your project.
