I am a developer who seeks to add value to either existing structures or through the creation of new spaces. I have rehabbed many historic homes in addition to new construction projects. I relocated from a 20 acre farm in the Nashville area to southern Maine. Maine is an amazing place full of unique historic homes needing a refreshing uplift to continue on to their next chapter. I hope to make these spaces work for today's conveniences and living preferences.
