MBBornn recently designed and built an amazing arbor for the upper terrace as well as a custom side table for the living room. Very creative designer.

I have used MB Bornn for several projects at my home in Los Angeles. From a simple wall mounted bookshelf, that transformed into a work of art in itself, to a complete reimagining and re-skinning of my home’s exterior, which had people stopping their cars in the middle of the street to admire. Michael has a knowledge of cutting edge products, so when I recently asked him if he could build a light box and mount a large old stained glass piece we’ve had for quite some time, he recommend a new material that could be edge-lit, and saved us from having to cut out studs or build out from the wall. That kind of knowledge is invaluable. Have a designer, consultant, colorist and ultimately a contractor, all in one company, makes the project a creative pleasure to begin, and a success to complete. It’s a nice combination to find, all in one source.

Michael Bornn is hard working, fast, and attentive to details. We had just recently bought a home with tongue and groove overhang surrounding the house. One section was poorly patched. Michael took one look at it and said it was probably due to fire damage, which ended up being correct, and was able to quickly and qualitatively replace the boards with aesthetically appropriate tongue and groove. Additionally he made a number of innovative suggestions to improve the home going forward which were right on target and much appreciated suggestions. We highly recommend him for his work ethic, honesty, and creative solutions when unique situations present themselves.
