I had Schafer Brothers Remodeling Inc. remodel my much outdated master bathroom in August of 2023. They had previously remodeled my kitchen and did an amazing job with that job. Aside from personnel issues Schafer Brothers was experiencing, they did complete my master bathroom and it looks amazing! They really want the best completed product and when their personnel cant keep up to their standard, they remove that personnel and replace them with those that fulfil the Schafer Brothers quality that the owners and customers expect. Johnny, Paul, Chad and more all did a great job once Jeff Anderson became to be the project manager. Jeff had an impeccable eye for detail and would not allow the quality to fall to les than perfect. He demonstrated that he understands that the name of Schafer Brothers is on the line and that's what sells to the next customer so if I wasn't happy, the world would know. At the end of the project, it was amazing thanks to Jeff Anderson. Joe Schafer even came out to the house after the project was complete to review the work and what a good guy he is! No matter how much the job may cost him, he will make sure the job is done right and that the customer is happy. I'm here to say, trust Schafer Brothers with any of your remodeling needs. Gosh where to start. I hired Schafer Brothers to remodel our master bathroom. The people who owned our home prior to us were self-proclaimed DIYers and there was a lot that needed to be undone. Avery was our sales consultant and he was absolutely wonderful, very personable, not pushy and really allowed me to understand all of our options. He thoroughly explained everything as we went and we would often get lost in conversation. Such a nice guy. Once we signed the contract we waited about 12 weeks before the project started so they could allow time for the materials to all get in, which I really appreciated. We had our pre-construction meeting where we aligned on everything outlined in the proposal and I got to meet everyone. The work started the following Monday where the absolute STAR of the show, Matt, came to work. Having Matt in our home was truly like having a friend over - he was so professional, kind, funny, personable and incredibly talented at what he does. He was always on time, spent time with our dog and even brought treats for him each day. Matt would start each morning by giving me a rundown of what was on the schedule, and he was so patient answering my many questions. He really ensured that everything was done well and right the first time. Matt paid such close attention to detail and noticed things that I otherwise wouldn't have and brought them to my attention to talk me through it. He exceeded every single one of our expectations. On his last day here, I was so sad to see him go! I'm definitely going to miss having him around - until the next project that is. Schafer Brothers was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. Matt has been with the company for 26 years, and honestly - a company that treats its employees that well to where they stay for that long is unheard of today. I cannot wait for our next project - because there will be only one phone call I'll make. And you better believe I'll be requesting Matt specifically! Thank you again to Matt, Avery, Austin and Mitch for all of your work on our bathroom remodel. We are so so happy with the final product.

Schafer Bros. did a complete kitchen remodeling & replaced the flooring throughout pur house. The results of their hard dedicated work is amazing. It's been a year & I still love it. I absolutely recommend them for any job you may need. I couldn't in good conscience give 5 stars due to some matters that came up during my remodel, BUT, I know it was an unusual situation in part due to the pandemic & supply issues. I couldn't find any before pics but here are a couple after. I will be using them for any future remodel projects.

Schafer Bros redid our deck last summer and it was great to work with them. They were communicative throughout the process, courteous while on site, and finished very quickly. The end result was everything we hoped for!

Schafer Brothers did 2 jobs for me. Both jobs were excellent! I would never have anybody else do the remodeling I need. Professional and always on time. The best of everything!

Schafer Brothers Remodeling has just completed a tear down and remodel/rebuild of our deck. Out went a very, very tired 30 year old cedar deck and in came a slightly redesigned no maintenance composite deck. It has exceeded our expectations in every way! Project manager Lee and crew were very easy to work with, very professional and thoroughly explained each step along the way. We were always advised if there was going to be a delay in receiving materials…which is very common these days due to Covid. Lee went out of his way to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it…and then some. The approx 2-1/2 weeks they were here were some of the hottest days of the entire summer so far. Numerous bags of cement were hand mixed and poured on a day of triple digits heat index. We have nothing but positive words for the employees, craftsmen and of course the beautiful finished product created by SBR. We heartily recommend SBR.

A major remodeling project was performed on our townhouse by Schafer Brothers Remodeling and the outcome exceeded our fondest dreams. Avery Schafer told us that they would knock our socks off and they did just that. The lead on this project, Daniel, was very professional and committed to performing the work to the highest level of quality possible. In the future when we have a project to be performed we will definitely call on the Schafer Brothers.

Schafer Brothers remodeled our kitchen. The time they took to plan our project assured us that details were going to be correct and the work would be done in a timely fashion. This job was a remodel "down to the studs" and reworking of the floor plan including the addition of a first floor laundry room. Their crew was at our home on a daily basis and progress was always on time. The remodel was scheduled for 4 weeks at the maximum and it was finished in 3 1/2. They even mounted , wired and connected the new TV. Professional planning and execution. There were a couple of minor issues but they took care of them immediately. Their crew of contractors were all outstanding! If you want it planned and done right, call Schafer Brothers.

Great Team! Easy to work with. I really felt like they listened to what I wanted and made it happen. We could not be happier with our bathroom remodel!

Schafer was very up front about their pricing nothing was hidden. If I had a problem with something they were quick to fix or correct what I needed and willing to work with us. The workmanship was clean and done well. Our kitchen and bathroom look beautiful and we are enjoying our new look.

We have used Schafer Brothers before with total satisfaction, so when we wanted our living room updated, we called them again. Their work is very professional, and I give Daniel a "5" again for excellent work. His helpers were Brandon and John who were also excellent. Thanks again for a great job!

I am so glad I chose Schafer Brothers Remodeling, Inc. My husband and I decided it was time to update our 1980's kitchen - it was literally falling apart. I called for an estimate from Dave. Throughout the process Dave was friendly and professional. He even tolerated me sending him Pinterest pictures at 5 a.m. asking his opinion. LOL! At the meeting before the project began, we met Lee. Lee would be the guy who handled the entire kitchen remodel from demolition to final touches. Lee was friendly and payed close attention to detail. I was very comfortable having Lee in my home, even when I wasn't there. Lee was highly professional. He ensured the process went smoothly. We are so pleased with his workmanship! My kitchen is so beautiful! I already have more projects for Schafer to do around my house.
