It took just one look to fall in love with our house designed and built by Sloane Homes. With attention to detail and an artistic eye, the creation of our house was a labor of love. From door handles to downspouts, everything has been well thought out and selected with care. Sloane Homes did an excellent job of designing and creating what we can only call a work of art. Not only that, but it was all done with expediency and delivered as promised. I would absolutely work with Sloane Homes again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality house designed and built by somebody who is a pleasure to work with.

I’ve worked with a handful of real estate developers in the past and can honestly say that Sloane Homes is the best of the best! From beginning to end, they were professional, accommodating and so incredibly kind. They went above and beyond to make sure our new home was perfect! They even left us a bottle of very expensive champagne in our new home to welcome us. I highly recommend them. They build a high end very strong home and their attention to detail is impeccable.

We bought a home by Sloane Homes in November 2019. We were immediately attracted to the high attention to detail and the style was very much aligned to our taste. The materials used were high quality, with special mention to cabinetry. All kitchen and bathroom cabinets were clearly custom built for the home and the quality was much better than I had seen for new construction in the same price point. The layout was another point that ended up making a difference for us. While most new construction homes opted for a lot of open space, which we absolutely like, we appreciated how this home had the ground floor kitchen, dining room, living room and office displayed such that they felt like their own spaces. This was done without losing the open feel, but by allowing each space to shine on its own which made the home feel cozy. Beyond being satisfied with the product, working with the team at Sloane Homes was the ultimate stamp of approval. After bad experiences with developers in the past, it was important for us to feel we were dealing with a team that stood by their product and reputation. Our experience has been 100% positive. All along the way we have been treated with transparency and not once felt apprehensive - from before closing to post move-in punch list items. We would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend.
