Terrible service they do not respond and we contracted them to get us a permit from the city and they simply can’t be bothered to actually read the comments from the city planners, it’s so bad that I have gotten involved so that I can intercept the comments before they reach the architect so that they don’t tell them the wrong thing and prolong this process

We had a kitchen remodelling done by this team in San Jose. Their work is absolutely great. They have designers who are experts on designing and material selection. Would use them again for sure and will refer them to my friends.

Team metric turned our San Jose 1960's home into what can only be described as a modern retro masterpiece. Over the course of our two-year Marin project, where we experienced difficult permitting, bad contractors, and flaky vendors. Pin and her team were consistently the Professionals in the room, who righted the ship again and again. We started the project with a designer who was referred to us by our architect and quickly came to realize that they were merely parroting our own ideas back to us. We needed something better, and we asked Pin to come up with a design for our great room, so we could see if a change was warranted. My god! The designs that came from Pin were innovative and gorgeous and absolutely blew away the competition. We fired designer No. 1 on the spot and never looked back.

I worked with team metric to get a design and permit for a detached ADU. They were extremely detailed and went through all the potential options with me. The team is also incredibly flexible with the collaboration style. I met with them in person a couple times and then we managed to finish the rest of the design and permitting process online through email which was more convenient for me. I wasn't sure what I wanted the kitchen to look like, so they mocked up a number of 3D designs for me. There were also a bunch of additional follow-up items like the soil report and structural engineering report that they helped source for me through their contacts. Overall, the process was incredibly smooth. Would definitely recommend the team metric. I highly and sincerely recommend working with team metric. Although we were acting as the primary designers for our 2021 home remodel, we realized that we needed professional help when we opted to upgrade our main bathroom at the last minute resulting in a major project change. Not only did Team metric quickly start working with us, but they also delivered excellent work on time and within budget.
