They build multi-million dollar homes, and though our house was not as large as many of those, they treated us with patience and respect. Their whole team is a great bunch of people. “I had an amazing experience working with ADC from the start of the design of our custom home, through the build process, and in the time since the house was built. They took time above and beyond what I would have expected during the design of our home to make sure we had considered all the things we could want in our new home. I was always able to speak to the right person at ADC when I would call or e-mail with questions. The people I mainly worked with (Steve, Adam, Casey, and Bob) were always friendly and generous with their time to answer all questions I had or ideas they had as we were going through the design and build process. The project began and ended within the timeline they gave me. There were no delays caused by ADC or any of their subs. Their subs were always friendly and willing to answer questions and discuss how things were going when I would stop by my house to see how things were progressing. I cannot think of a single part of the process that was disappointing. They stayed on budget and there were no "surprises" in terms of costs. I have recommended ADC to two family members who have since used them and to other friends. Everyone I have referred to ADC has had the same positive experience I have had. ADC is an elite build company and I have no reservations about endorsing their work and finished product.”

“We hired Workshop Unknown for a major kitchen remodel. They were patient & diligent in the design & planning process. They made sure to get all the details exactly as we wanted them and were respectful of our budget & timeline. We had numerous onsite design meetings, they had each of the subs make a site visit, and we visited design studios together. The construction process was equally detail oriented. The head contractor & his team were amazing. They were highly respectful of our space & left a clean worksite each evening. The overall process took longer than we hoped, but to their credit, we added many new projects to their worklist. All in all we are so happy with the end product. We would recommend Workshop Unknown to anyone.”

“Expensive but they do fantastic, beautiful work. We had a bathroom remodel done last year which we are very happy with. The design consultant helped us pick and swap items to stay on budget. All the workers were extremely professional and respectful and were sensitive to our timeline and schedule. My only complaint was that I felt they should have done more quality control. We had to bring up issues to them that were just not right. They were all fixed, but we had to make sure and keep on top of it.”

“I wanted to add a porch to the front of my house and upgrade my garage to use as a wood working shop. I had never gone through a major renovation on my homes so this was the first time for me. I met with several contractors and the deciding factor was the comfort level I felt with Precision. It was a gut feeling that I trusted them. They did not let me down. They did computer mock ups of the renovation and spent several hours with me as we made adjustments and picked out the stone, door, colors etc. The porch was exactly what I wanted and all of the neighbors and others who walked through the neighborhood commented how much the loved the porch. My porch is now THE meeting place. When I am not on my porch, I am in my garage which is now heated with additional power and lights. There is even an outlet for my RV built into the stonework. Precision did the work on time and on budget. Any additions to the budget for unexpected work were clearly explained before work was done. I tend to trust my gut instincts and I was right about Precision. I would hire them again for any major renovation project that I have in the future.”
