“We hired M@W to help us design and build our studio space in Toronto. The site was an ancient double bay garage that had formerly been stables. We ran services and natural gas to the studio, tore down a section of the central dividing wall, dug and poured a new floor and drain, replaced the roof, installed HVAC, new windows and doors. In just under 5 months our studio was up and running. These are some of the nicest people you'd ever have the joy of working with. Paul the owner is as interesting to deal with as he is interested in the projects he undertakes. We're now in the process of looking for a new property to combine live and work and we will be working with Men at Work bar none!”

“We hired Fraser Homes Inc. for a full home renovation. We included design services with the work, which was a service we highly relied on for a cohesive overall project--Mark delivered! From beginning to end, the services provided by Fraser Homes was professional and reliable. We moved and removed walls, enlarged a patio door and window, relocated the kitchen, updated three bathrooms, re-wired, updated plumbing, added an entry door, updated all flooring, waterproofed, changed the stairs, and replaced over 80% of the existing interior. The work was on time and we were consulted when issues arose and provided with reasonable options. We were kept up to date on the status of the renovation and had regular meetings to discuss our goals and likes. Mark and Rod had our best interest in mind throughout the job and treated the project as if it were their own. This is not our first major renovation, but this is the first time we have had a contracting company we could trust and rely on completely. The Trades brought in were high quality, monitored by Mark and Rod, and the finished project is outstanding. We are proud of our home and will use Fraser Homes for any future home projects.”

“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! Only Bridgemont Properties could have executed this incredible transformation of our urban space. What was once a small, dreary bungalow became an open, airy and bright urban oasis. “I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

They showed dedication to delivering a quality-looking kitchen, redoing the cabinet rope lighting on their own accord when they thought they could do better.
