Brand new house and needs to be renovated. Their work is disgusting. Here are photos and a few problems I’ve had: They don’t seat door hinges in all the way, so there are 1/4” gaps when my doors are closed. They don’t put shims in door frames, and only attach with brads. After a month, they sag and doors rub and won’t close. I found that out as I was removing all of their work. Every baseboard in my entire home needs to be replaced. No prep before painting. They do butt joints, so it’s very obvious when they are joined. Not exaggerating, I just bought a brand new house, and I need to replace every baseboard and door molding in my entire home. Their work is disgusting. See photos:
