I cannot say enough about how professional and how well done the work by Theta was carried out. I requested two additional electrical outlets, and Josh came up with a way to make one hole to fit an exterior patio outlet and an interior garage workshop outlet. He was courteous and knowledgable. We were so impressed that we have requested additional work be scheduled.

They took all the time needed to find my electrical issue and fix it. Friendly courteous service too. Their fees are reasonable & I would definitely use them again.

I bought a bubble chandelier to be hung from our 22 ft high ceiling. The lighting store referred us to Theta Electric because they are the "experts." Jeremy and an assistant came, set up their scaffolding and patiently worked 8 hours or so to hang 370 bubbles (in 3sizes) exactly to my specifications so that the chandelier will look like floating soap bubbles. They arranged and rearranged until it looked just so. There was no sign of impatience, and they were willing to stay up on the scaffolding until I was satisfied....Jeremy also noted that my electric box did not have a surge protector and advised installing one because the area we moved into is prone to lightning hits. I am so glad I listened because our neighborhood did get an electrical surge that protected my home. Doris, the telephone rep and scheduler, is very kind, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Theta Electric is the company for all my electrical needs. I highly recommend them.
