Thank you for your note. We spoke to you about this matter and offered to come and fix it, even though this occurred after the really bad wind storm that happened on the May 24th weekend of this year. As discussed, that wind storm was a unique and unpredictable one which took out several standing structures including massive trees as well as power lines in other areas of Ontario. Notwithstanding the above, we offered to come and fix the fence and you refused, telling us you'd fix it yourself. We had one of our foreman swing by there anyways to assess the situation and it looked like a car and driven into it.
Unfortunately our warranty doesn't cover individuals driving into fences, nor does it cover unpredictable wind storms like the one that occurred on the May 24 weekend of this year.
