Steer clear. Going on 6 months and cannot get them to finish what they said was a 3-5 day job. Paid the deposit promptly ($4500). After repeatedly pushing them to come and get the project going, all I have to show for over $4k is a small cement strip for the gate runner. Terrible experience please pick anyone other than Rojo. Months and months with nothing to show but an unfinished project and empty promises to show, but repeated no show no call scenarios. Do not hire, I would not wish this on anyone.

We recently had our block fence raised up by two blocks and our metal gates didn't look quite right lower than the fence height. Nathan from Rojo Ornamental Iron replied to my inquiry text within 24 hrs and we had a quote to modify and add height to the gates 2 days later. It took a couple of days longer than initially expected but we had our metal gates modified/made higher, reinforced, new hinges and posts with awesome new artwork added to the extension within a week. That's better than expected with such high demand for any type of construction contracting at the moment. I thought the price was more than reasonable and we're very happy with the result.

Nathan repainted and put new metal screens in 3 gates for me. The quality of the work was good and the service timely. HOWEVER, the gate to my courtyard did not fit properly and he promised to come and fix it. Part of it was due to the fact that the post it attached to needed to be replaced. I confirmed that I would pay him extra and he agreed to do it. That was the last I ever saw of him. I left phone messages and texts. Last September I sent a letter and he did reply to that, saying he was sorry and would come to fix it in October since he was very busy. I agreed to wait but, again, he never came through. I am now selling my home and left him a phone message a few days ago asking him to please contact me so I could get that gate to properly close for security reasons. Since the gate doesn't close, it can't be locked. Needless to say, he has not replied to my phone call. I am really disappointed to be left hanging.
