They actually dug all the old concrete from the old fence out and hauled it all away and when digging the new holes for the posts they actually dug 3' deep holes and mixed all the concrete before placing it in hole. Every other company I've ever seen never digs down deep enough because it takes some time and always "dry packs" the concrete something I completely object to.
