This business placed a purchase order with my company. We produced & shipped the goods in June 2022 and have been trying to get payment ever since. Abe & his employee's actively avoid ANY type of contact. Mail, email's, faxes & phone calls are ignored or on the chance you get through Abe's never available to be accountable.

I got a visit from the Owner and gave me a quote for my entire house and the cost of the laminate was about $1.50 above what others were charging. Luckily my wife did her homework and provided a copy to them and they matched the price. We could have gone with the other company, but the Owner Abe was very nice I figured I'd give him my business...bad idea there. After paying for all the material upfront (they said we had to) they promised us the installer would begin in 2 days. It took about 2 weeks of constant changing and calling for them to actually to start. We ordered the upgraded padding and when the delivery came, they tried to pass off the cheap stuff instead. We called them out on it and it they said it was a mistake (so check what you order). We needed to put cork down in the rooms because the level was off, they wanted to charge us $800 for cutting cork for 4 rooms and laying it down. I told them if it was as simple as cutting and laying it down, I would do it. The Owner said no, they had to use a special glue and do a couple of extra steps. When the installer came to install, he said they do not use glue and didn't have any. I called the Owner and let him know they weren't using glue and then he changed is mine and said, they don't really need glue. Seems like they just like to nickel and dime you once you sign. The installer was great and his work was really good. The Owners though seem very shady and don't let the nice guy act fool you, they will try and cut corners and cheat you to get the better deal. Do your research online for the same type of floors you get, most likely you can beat it by $1.00/sq ft. After the job was completed I let the owner know I was not going to pay the $800 for just cutting cork and laying it down in 4 rooms. He not only visited my house on numerous occasions, but sent letters and harassed my wife with phone calls.
