We had an emergency and had to move on our kitchen repair right away. The people at Home Improvement Outlet have been professional, honest and enjoyable to work with. The estimates were fair and honest. Due to our distressed kitchen, they moved as quickly as possible to get us back on track. They were always available, very knowledgeable and didn’t mind our questions along the way. Their workers got the work done in a timely manner without a lot of disruption to the rest of our home. Also, they didn’t mind working around our dogs who were contained but needed an outing from time to time. Their work quality is above par and they will be the company we continue to work with in the future.

I came in to the store asking about the flooring, particularly the duraceramic. Not only do they have a huge variety, they are so knowledgeable, so friendly, and I was thrilled with their customer service. They gave us a quote and we were very satisfied with the quote. Unfortunately other things happened and we had to put the project on hold for the time being, but as soon as the opportunity arises, we will definitely go back!
