Contact Mr. Sandless Baltimore
I'm completely at fault here and I apologize for the inconvenience I've caused you through our calamity of errors. Especially during the most stressful time of your lives with wedding planning, remodeling a new home (your forever home) and getting your current home market ready to sell. Oh, and all this while working extra overtime to make it all possible. I wish I could snap my fingers and get a do-over but I can't which makes this linger for both of us. Because of the degree of errors the only option to correct them was to re-sand the entire floor as we discussed. Your desire was to NOT re-sand because you did not want to loose years of life on your floor in your forever home even though it was the only option to make things right. I wanted to make things right but we needed to find an alternative plan because re-sanding was off the table. Things were bad at this point but only got worse due to my lack of response (avoidance). No one deserves this type of unprofessional behavior and I'm sorry you experienced this from me.
Sincerely,
Sam
