Having already experienced pretty good customer service with other flooring companies while mining for the products that meet my requirements of look, quality & price. I was immediately won over after my first conversation with Kenny Walker at NWF. He worked hard to meet my needs with an effortless friendliness while exhibiting compassion & understanding for the stress this post COVID world has put on our project.
