Touch of Color Flooring

I really thought I'd be writing a glowing review about Touch of Color Flooring but it wasn't meant to be. Yes, my new floors are beautiful but that's thanks to my general contractor and his crew. When the original flooring bought elsewhere ended up delayed in Customs, we scrambled to find new flooring before the kitchen cabinet install date. My GC gave the floorplans (total house rebuild) to the salesman who figured out how much flooring we would need... approximately $20,000 worth. When we had 14 boxes leftover and I called to let them know we would be returning 12 of those boxes, I was told no returns are allowed on special orders. Two issues with that. First, it wasn't a special order. All they did was transfer the product from a warehouse in Georgia to their store. Second, IT WAS THEIR SALESMAN WHO FIGURED OUT HOW MUCH FLOORING WE WOULD NEED. So we spent about 3k more than necessary. My son and DIL are currently remodeling their entire basement and they did NOT use Touch of Color for any flooring needs. I tell everyone I know not to shop there and my general contractor will never use them again for any future projects.

Absolutely A+ team here. Does what they say with the highest level of quality and care. Service is unmatched with responsiveness being above and beyond.
