“Matt and his crew removed our pellet stove and replaced it with a gas unit, which required rebuilding our fireplace, with a very positive result. The crew was professional from start to finnish. Clean-up was done at the end of each day. Minimal disruption in our home . Complete care in managing any debris by covering all our furniture and providing access for the crew without disturbing our home. “Buck Factory Outlet did a beautiful job removing and replacing our gas direct fireplace. They were able to take out the old fireplace with minimal damage to the interior facing and exterior walls. The new one fit in very well and the original facing and mantel was reinstalled perfectly. We now have a more modern look and will enjoy the flame and warmth next winter.”
