**Buyer Beware*** You can only contact their customer service through chat and email. I have a current delivey issue with my furniture. Im waiting to hear from Castlery management team and it's been two days without a follow up. There has been no response from higher up, need this issue resolved since I'm out of money and no furniture. Castlery do better!
