I purchased the 33" Jubilee Table top tree in Nov 2021. Based on the website description, photos, and price tag I was expecting a higher end product. Instead, what I received was cheap looking plastic parts with many noticeable defects. The ornaments had visible blemishes, dents, and seams, some seams were cracking open. The "hand cut and polished" chandelier crystals had rough edges and nicks. The "custom designed storage case" is just a cardboard box. The company has a money-back guarantee, but requires you to pay return shipping. I feel that they misrepresented this product on their website. Buyer beware.
