Rypen

Rypen has outstanding furniture. Top of the line quality. After falling in love with our Rypen sofa I went ahead and ordered an additional sofa and 2 chairs. The best thing about the furniture is that its kid safe. My 18 month old colored black permanent marker on the sofa and it came out without leaving a trace! Great costumer service and our pieces arrived in a timely manner.

I waited 14 weeks for a coffee table. Then was told it was going to take another 6 weeks....20 weeks in total. I received an email this morning stating that they just took the item off their website so they will no longer be able to fulfill my order. Forget trying to call them, they don't pick up the phone or return emails. The only way to get a hold of someone is by calling 7-10 times in a row. This has been the worst furniture buying experience I can recall. I took a chance on this company and got burned...badly. Save yourself the trouble and do you furniture shopping elsewhere or you'll be disappointed.

I was looking for Nerd bar stools and I wanted to go for the ones that would arrive the earliest. We had already ordered from a company called A+R who were going to deliver in 2 weeks but cancelled when they sent a confirmation that they would arrive in 6 weeks. We called them and they said - two weeks is standard on our website but it doesn't mean anything. So when we found the stools on Rypen, my husband called them and wrote them to confirm delivery date. On January 21st, Rypen confirmed that the delivery would be in 2-4 weeks. In April we were starting to be upset about not having received the stools and called Rypen who promised that the stools were absolutely on their way. They hadn't even left. When we realized that , we wanted to cancel but they refused to let us do that. The chairs arrived on May 25th and without that complimentary basket we were supposed to get but at that point we didn't care about anything from this company. Their offer for compensation was 20% off our next order. No thank would not ever want to use them again. DWR had better prices at the time when we started to look but they had a 6 weeks waiting period and when I wanted to cancel the stools from Rypen I again got a better price from DWR and a real delivery time in 2 weeks. (I promised them that I would give them a positive feedback for being honest as I had to drop the order). Now I understand that it is tempting for us all to safe on delivery fees etc. and go through companies other than DWR but don't go for companies that promise and promise. I've been happy to use both Hive and Yliving in the past but they didn't have the color of the stools at that time. Bottom line - make sure to do your due diligence on fringe companies that simply just lie in your face to get the deal.

Absolutely fabulous service and products! Couldn't be happier! I purchased 2 custom sofas, a coffee table and bedroom set. I was very nervous to purchase so much for my new townhouse online. Through their first-class customer service and knowledge, they guided me through the process and it turned out great. I couldn't be happier. The coffee table ended up taking an extra week than I expected but that was the only mishap. I can't recommend Rypen enough. Truly a first class experience!

We needed some stylish lamps for the house and purchased 2 Fatboy brand lamps. They are fantastic! Excellent customer service as well.
