Flower Street Urban Gardens is an Arizona based company dedicated to urban gardening and community stewardship. At Flower Street Urban Gardens we believe that gardening can be a practical and beautiful experience for everyone and we strive to make gardening simple, elegant, and accessible to all. Our trademark vertical garden design was born out of necessity of an accessible, user friendly garden. In 2012 my father, a retired rancher and army veteran moved in with my family and I. Conventional in ground and raised bed gardening was not physically possible for him, so we created a gardening system that can be enjoyed from a standing or sitting position. It was never our intention to start building these gardens as a business but we quickly received overwhelmingly positive feedback from friends, family and people simply driving through our neighborhood. Since then, we have been fortunate enough to build hundreds of our vertical gardens across the Phoenix metropolitan area, for local businesses, schools and homeowners and we hope to continuously find new and innovative ways to help others garden.
