At the very outset Jeff was attentive to the details of the project; pointing out areas of improvement that could be obtained at little or no cost to the project as a whole. As the General Contractor; Jeff always organized his project managers and sub-contractors to complete the tasks needed to prepare for the very next step of the project. The Black Dawg Construction team were able to take the broken bones of a 1980's home and transformed it into an amazing retreat in which I reside. I would hire Jeff Raw to perform additional home repair or renovation projects with and feel confident that my initial vision will be accomplished beyond what I'd hoped.”
