“Completely renovated our log cabin. They came in and demo'd it. Removing the drop down ceiling, making the whole log cabin 1 big gathering room (the lodge) with cathedral ceiling. They moved the stairs leading to unfinished basement (now finished), replaced all the windows in the log cabin, new ash flooring, new kitchen cupboards,added kitchen island, and countertops, notched out logs to fit new appliances. Also finished basement with new bedroom, laundry room, family room, bathroom and my favorite, "a craft room" from what used to be a "cluttered hall". Also added slider walk out door to patio area and outside shower. I have pictures from beginning to now, but don't have them on my work computer, can supply from my "patti.lou.who@hotmail.com" account upon request.”

“This was the fourth project we have worked on with Reap Construction. In each case we were very satisfied with the work done and overall experience. In this particular project there was a lot of coordination with subcontractors. Joy kept them all on task and schedule and made sure we were happy with the results. In each instance that we have worked with Bob and Joy and their team, we have found them to be very communicative, the work to be a high quality and long lasting, the costs within budget, the project done on time, and the people very professional and pleasant to work with.”

“This wasn't our 1st renovation with the help of the design & renovation team of AC. Their provider/client relationship is key. Each time, they continuously guided us with friendly, courteous professionalism that would definitely have us contact them again for our next renovation project. From deciding on colour palette (finding the perfect white) to major structural changes or unforeseen challenges (a 1930 Westmount home is never without hidden surprises), we can't speak highly enough of their commitment, expertise, knowledge, attention to detail & problem solving capacities. “My family hired Town and Country in the spring of 2014 for work that took place in August of that year. From the first meeting to the last handshake, we were very pleased with the professionalism, quality and skill of this renovation consultant. The job was delivered on time and under the anticipated budget price. Their staff were friendly, approachable and very tidy! We received weekly (and sometimes daily) progress reports and every aspect of our communication with Town & Country was of the highest quality. We would certainly hire them again without hesitation, and we would highly recommend Marc and Veronique to anyone!”

“Ours is primarily a DIY project – a timber-framed, strawbale-wrapped house with external stud walls containing dense-packed cellulose insulation and (eventually) clapboard siding. We greatly benefited from consulting with New Frameworks Natural Design Build starting early in our design/planning process. Co-owner Jacob Deva Racussin, is very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and outstanding teacher, who met with us several times and provided very useful feedback and suggestions, as well as instructions and sources for specialized construction supplies. He visited our project site several times, and taught us (and friends) how to shape and build with the bales. We also hired a New Frameworks crew, including co-owner Ace McArleton, to apply the base coat of plaster on the interior straw-bale walls. They were wonderful - very hardworking, plus enjoyable to work with! We very much appreciate everyone’s flexibility in working with us through our long, complicated and somewhat chaotic process. We think the world of all the New Frameworks Natural Design Build people and highly recommend them!”

“We used this company for our construction project. Evan was amazing to work with. I particularly enjoy how he took responsibility over the project. We were greatful to work with talented and dedicated people. Quality of the work is amazing. Communication was great. The 10 month project was delivered on time. Estimation was about 10% lower than final amount but it was understandable considering the size of the project. 10/10. We would do it again.”

“Steve Sorrell did a complete redesign of our kitchen, which involved gutting three rooms to expand a tiny kitchen, changes to windows and floor leveling. He installed new Maple floors, Cherry cabinets, and granite countertops and it is GORGEOUS! Steve handled the design through the execution, supervising everything. Steve and his crew are fast, clean, conscientious and courteous and really know their stuff. Extremely reliable as well. We've also had him redo the drainage system at the back of the house, and again, it was a flawless project. He had to remove the old deck, excavate the yard, build part of a foundation wall, install new drainage, regrade the yard and build a new deck. I am never worried how a project will turn out when Steve is in charge, it will be perfect.”
