“We have many good things to say about Jeremy and his crew. He has done work on three of our homes now. This year he completed a garage addition with a remodel of the existing garage into livable space. The results are fantastic and better then we imagined. This also included a new covered deck on the back side of the garage to give us three season use. One of the many things we appreciate about Jeremy and his crew and the subcontractors (electrician, excavator, tile) he uses is how meticulous they all are. We started our project during the covid shut down This added a new level of staying on time and on budget. With the other properties he has worked on for us, the work was completed as expected. As far as staying on budget, he was on budget with the items that I didn’t change along the way. The few times that it was clear that there would be an increase in cost from the estimate, he addressed it as soon as he knew there was a cost change. Most times the changes were based on the labor for the finish materials I selected. For this project I didn’t select the finish materials until after the project started, specifically the type of tile for the new interior space and the decorative tile for the exterior of the new garage. In these cases we were happy to pay the increase in labor costs. There were also cost changes to building materials, which was part of the supply chain issues with material shortages. Jeremy and his crew were most respectful of the fact that we continued to live in our home during construction and the covid quarantine. We had three adults working from home and communication was great to let us know when any of the subcontractors needed to get into our living and working space and how much time they would need. We can enthusiastically recommend Jeremy without reservation.”
