“After meeting with several contractors, I hired The O'Brien Group to re-build the sun room on the back of my home. From our first meeting, I found Shannon O'Brien to be very professional, personable and pleasant to work with. After discussing the project with me, he recommended an architect who worked closely with both of us to visualize and draw up the project. Once work began, Shannon oversaw every aspect of the project, and I was appreciative of his knowledge of the craft, his attention to detail, and his regular communications with me. I also was impressed with the proficiency of both his crew and his subcontractors. While there were minor delays due to weather and inspector visits, Shannon made every effort to stay on schedule. He quickly addressed and resolved any concerns I had, and suggested options when faced with unexpected problems.
