“This was the second large project for which we contracted with CCS. We have also used them for some handy man work. Their pricing always comes in at the mid price and the estimate is spelled out with specific line items, so you know exactly what is included and what is not. The office support by the Assistant Project Manager, Erin, was superb. She texted, called, emailed, followed up, etc almost every day and her follow up when things didn't go as planned was something to count on. The work was done in a professional manner and the workers were extra careful with the adjacent rooms, our yard, etc. to keep them in original condition.”
