“Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“In June 2012, Father & Son completed a total tear out and remodel of our small 1950s bathroom. From the first visit by their salesman, to the last visit by Mat Vivona, we could not be more pleased! All the trades were wonderful - everyone took great care to keep our home as clean as possible, ensure our kitties did not get out, and the workmanship was outstanding, especially the tile work. Overall, everyone was very willing to work with me on any requests I had, and the project was completed on time and within budget (taking into account some surprises inside the walls). Since the job has been completed, I can't say enough good things about Father & Son, and have recommended them highly to anyone considering home improvements in the area.”

What started as a mother-in-law suite addition grew to a full kitchen remodel, expanding from 1 1/2 baths to 3 1/2 baths, all new windows, siding, roof, chimney, sunroom, deck and hardwood flooring. A lot of money invested but so much professional quality, care and concern every step of the way by the Acheson team.”

“Ron from Oakwood Custom Homes (oakwoodch.com) is a fabulous architect that expertly translated our vision into our dream home. His specialty is design and green building. We've just begun our project but are chronicling the build via gilles712.tumblr.com We've only begun our project, but he's provided us with a project plan and so far- we're ahead of schedule. His construction team is polite and keep the work site clean. Also, allowances and brands for fixtures and interior trims are high-end. All within our budget. Follow our blog to see progress.”

“I used MLN Builders to tearout, rebuild and expand my wooden deck. We used Trex. The results are fabulous! Work was timely and neat. Workers cleaned up the site every night. “I used Brothers Renovations after the basement in my house in Royal Oak flooded with sewage back on 8-12-14. After a remediation company did the initial clean-up and removed the lower half of my finished basement, Brothers Renovations came in and demolished the entire basement, even removing the wooden studs, and rebuilt an entirely new basement from the metal studs up which was strategically designed to limit damage and clean-up in the event of another flood in the future. The owner, Alex Reschka, helped design the new finished basement and had excellent space-saving and cost-saving ideas and even created a unique hidden door (a sliding bookshelf) that completely hides a storage room and significantly improved the looks of the main room. I've gone from paneling and a drop ceiling to dry-walled ceilings and tiled floors. I now have a larger fully-tiled bathroom and a wet bar which no doubt enhance the value of my home. I found Mr. Reschka to be honest and trustworthy and Brothers Renovations provided excellent quality and craftsmanship. They stayed on schedule and within budget and I couldn’t be happier with the end-result. I wholeheartedly recommend Brothers Renovations without hesitation to perform any home remodeling job, big or small.”
