“Kevin repaired our mailbox, which was about to fall off its post. He pulled up two steel stakes that I had driven into the ground with a sledge hammer 12 years ago, and no one else could pull up. He adjusted some doors that had been messed up when the house started sagging a little, because we had a bad builder originally, who left a support out of one end. He removed a torn screen from the screen door in front, after repairing that door so it closes and latches correctly again, and he's getting that re-screened for us. And he's working up bids for some more work. Honest, affordable and competent! The 3 things we value most in a tradesman like this!”

“We had been working on remodel/addition for years. When Covid hit, we solicited several contractors and none of them gave us hope of getting the job done or meeting our budget goals. These guys came in and not only told us it was possible, but our budget was high for what needed to be done. Who does that these days? They communicated with us that it would take time because of the state of the world, but everyone we dealt with was great and we slow and steady got through it. They even helped on several design ideas/choices. It was a long road, but was happy to go down it with them. Would recommend.”

Kozar Construction came in and assessed the job accurately, scheduled the repair in a timely manner, communicated clearly, and performed the job with great workmanship. Pricing was also transparent and fair. I voiced my concerns on matching the window casing and how the finished repair would match the original aesthetic; all was done perfectly. Since the repair was completed over a year ago, I haven't thought twice about it and there have been zero issues. All said, I would use Kozar again and it's nice to have the "easy button" in your pocket for home repair.”
