“We totally remodeled all of our bathrooms in 2014 and based on recommendations Reliable was our first choice for a contractor. The quality and 'reliability' of their work was outstanding and we love our remodeled bathrooms! This past September the gentle close mechanism on one of the vanity drawers wasn't working. I called Beth at Reliable and she couldn't have been nicer. We were expecting to pay for repair but they sent out Ted from Romar, free of charge. Ted was professional, courteous, wore a mask and fixed the drawer in 5 minutes. Who would have thought that 6 years later they would make the repair at their expense. Great customer service and quality!”

“I could not be happier with the bathroom and minor kitchen remodel that Chi Renovation & Design did for me. After shopping around for a little bit, I decided to go with them because they were the most professional and genuine when I met them for an estimate. I was impressed from the very beginning by how responsive they were. Normally, I hate it when I need to “work” for a company to get back to me or just correspond in general. But all of my phone calls and emails were returned within half an hour, which for a company in this industry, I can say from past experiences is really rare! Lior has a lot of experience and was able to give me lots of cost-efficient and creative suggestions on what he thought would work for my space. He re-did my entire bathroom and knocked down a wall in our kitchen. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and thorough with the initial estimate he gave. One suggestion in particular proved to be extremely helpful and that was his advice to knock down a wall that was creating an awful divide in our kitchen. Once we got rid of it, the kitchen transformed into a much more open and sophisticated space. Another thing I was very pleased with was how timely and neat they were, I really appreciated that. I trusted having them around and they did an excellent job. I'm very happy with everything and would definitely recommend them”
